Where does RISE ship?

Now offering FREE shipping WORLDWIDE over $100! Customers responsible for any customs/duties charges. Please note that orders outside of the United States takes approximately 20 business days to arrive. ***THIS IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY, NOT A GUARANTEED TIME FRAME*** It can take longer based on many factors such as customs clearance, distance from our warehouse, etc. International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for any customs/duties fees

Do you offer faster shipping options?

We offer a number of shipping options within the US. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 days for orders to process and get out the door and the day you ordered will NOT count towards the shipping timeframe. We do not have express shipping options outside of the United States at this time.***SHIPPING TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE ONLY, NOT A GUARANTEE***

What about international shipping for us outside USA, Canada, and EU?

We offer flat rate international shipping via to pretty much any country in the world. The below rates do not include duties and taxes, and delivery times are estimates:

  • Sweden: $65 (14-30 business days)
  • Australia: $65 (14-30 business days)
  • China: $65 (14-30 business days)
When will I receive my order?

Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day (hand-painted monogram suitcases excluded). From then on, it all depends on your shipping method. If you choose our free UPS Ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Hand-painted monogram suitcases will ship in 2-3 weeks. Our warehouse team takes a much deserved vacation on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! But only special carriers can ship here, so there will be a $10 fee to deliver to a PO box.



RETURNS

30-Day trial period!

If you have decided that RISE gear is not for you within 30 days of your order date, please send us an email to info@risegear.com describing what you didn't like or expect upon receiving your bag(s) and that you would like to return your Rise Gear. The bag must be in NEW, never used condition. Pre-paid return shipping within 30 days of purchase date only.

What if I have an international return?

If you want to return an international order during the 30 day period, please contact us on our contact form to let us know. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non refundable.

What about returns for warranty?

We will cover the return shipping costs for bags approved for warranty coverage.

You can use the Jumper model, as it is quite a bit smaller than a carry-on item.

WARRANTY

What is your warranty?

Yes. For life! Our luggage, excluding the electronic components, is guaranteed by a lifetime warranty which covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you.
